In ccv store
Go to terminal the client has
Go to app & firmware
In installed firware u can see the firmware the terminal currently has
if u want to update the terminal go to
push task
firmware
in the green button on the right u can update firmware resource package and modem package
Check in ccv store if all apps are up to date except airviewer doesnt matter
