Device unavailable or buitendiesnt

Device unavailable or Buiten Diesnt is what the Terminal shows when the days has not been automatically opened. 

You can check this by opening Paystart in the Support icon.

Look at what it says in Paystart , if it's saying Welcome or Buiten Dienst.


1. If it says Buiten dienst / device unavailable do the following:


*Open Service App

1.Open Menu

2.Manager Menu then enter: 99999

3. Functies / Functions

4. Terminal

5. Press Activate Terminal and Check Paygear again

6. Test if 1 cent is going through



2. If it says Welcome ( with the blue screen ) then it means it's okay , but you should try to pay with 1 cent to see if it goes through. 

If the transcation goes through, print the bill and check if the name of the store is matching with the ID.

3. If still doesn't work and can't pay, do the following:

- Open ServiceApp

- Menu

- Manager Menu

- Enter: 999999 OK

- Functies / Functions

- Terminal

- Contact tms ( wait until it's finish )


4. If Activating the day still doesn't work, try the following:

- Open ServiceApp

- Menu

- Manager Menu

- Enter: 999999 OK

- Functies / Functions

- C-tap

- Contact acquierer ( wait until it's finish)
